Nationally Acclaimed Humorist Mark Lundholm Brings His 12-Step Humor to Cleveland Event Proceeds to Benefit Four Area Recovery Centers
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
From humble beginnings on the streets of Oakland, California as a homeless criminal and mental patient, to a world-renowned entertainer – Mark Lundholm’s humor is a wild ride of challenges, changes and second chances. Just out of rehab and performing a 20-minute comedy routine at San Quentin State Prison, Mark discovered his childhood survival skill of making people laugh was his ticket out. Newly armed with plenty of material poking fun at the insanity his life had become, he has worked his way up – literally from the gutter.
Mark has performed throughout the U.S. and in ten foreign countries. He has appeared on Comedy Central, Showtime, NBC, CBS and A&E. His performance blends a pure, dark look at his past and clever glimpses of the future. Mark’s 2015 show features “All New, All True” material that he recently performed at the International AA Convention in Atlanta.
More information and video clips can be found at www.marklundholm.com.
Also performing are Cleveland’s own Cats On Holiday – a hard rockin', swamp poppin' outfit serving up a healthy dose of American influenced roots, country, cajun and blues. The band has been pleasing crowds throughout Northeast Ohio from bar rooms to outdoor festivals and concerts for more than six years.
More information and musical samples can be found at: www.catsonholiday.com.
Tickets for the July 11 event are $25 each and can be purchased at www.rule62fundraising.org. ($15 of the ticket price is tax deductible.)
