Music in the Meadow: Pitch the Peat
5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Grab a blanket and a picnic and bring your family to hear FREE live music in your national park! The celebration begins with games, crafts, and other family activities. This summer concert series runs from June to August and is presented by Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the Conservancy for CVNP. Family activities will begin at 5:30 p.m. The music will begin at 6:30 p.m. Alcohol is prohibited. Concerts are cancelled during severe weather. Call 330-650-4636, ext. 228 after 2 p.m. the day of the concert for up-to-date information. Donations to support this series will be accepted at each event. Pitch the Peat is a dynamic four-piece Celtic ensemble with roots in County Clare, Ireland. Their musical talents span many genres, and they delight in exploring the common threads in their vast repertoire - from traditional Irish tunes to contemporary music.

What's New @ Microsoft: Devices, Clouds, Games & More!

In July, Northeast Ohio Personal Computers (NEOPC) is proud to present “What’s New @ Microsoft? Devices, Clouds, Games & MORE!” There have been several new updates across the Microsoft ecosystem: Windows 8.1 Update, Windows Phone 8.1, Azure, Office 365 and Xbox One; this program is presented by Keith Mayer.

Keith is a Senior Technical Evangelist at Microsoft focused on Windows Infrastructure, Data Center Virtualization, Systems Management and Private Cloud. Keith has over 20 years of experience as a technical leader of complex IT projects, in diverse roles, such as Network Engineer, IT Manager, Technical Instructor and Consultant. This program will include a special Christmas in July event which gives free one-year membership to new members who join in July, and special pricing for renewing members.
