Lakewood Historical Society Scavenger Hunt
12:00 PM
Test your sleuthing skills as you navigate Lakewood to find unique architectural details! Join the Lakewood Historical Society by celebrating the 5th Annual National Preservation Month Scavenger Hunt.

Beginning May 10, participants can download a list of clues from the Lakewood Historical Society’s webpage and begin a search for twenty architectural details hidden within Lakewood’s urban landscape. This year’s theme is archways, a component that architects have been using for centuries; find out where and how they keep Lakewood supported.

Completed entries must be submitted to Rozi’s Wine House or Lakewood Hardware by May 20 at 7:00 p.m. Entries with all correct answers will be entered into a drawing held at a free public program titled “History of the Cleveland Museum of Art” on May 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Lakewood Public Library Auditorium.

Participants have significant odds of winning certificates from local merchants like Mahall’s Twenty Lanes, the Beck Center for the Performing Arts, Blackbird Bakery, Barocco Grill, and the Breadsmith, among others! Winners do not need to be present at the drawing. Prizes from Lakewood merchants and organizations will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners.
