Westshore Young Leaders and their Familes Cheer on the Crushers!

Westshore Young Leaders attended the Crushers vs. Florence Freedom Game on June 19 at the All-Pro Freight Stadium in Avon. Along with the Westshore Enforcement Bureau staff and their family members, teens and their families enjoyed an all-you-can eat picnic at the picnic plaza prior to the game. The Westshore Young Leaders, an Alcohol and Drug Prevention Program of the Westshore Enforcement Bureau provides Leadership Training and opportunities for teens to participate in recreational events and activities that promote drug free choices. Members of the Young Leaders Network (School Administrators, Resource Officers, counselors, parents, and treatment professionals) meet monthly to reduce underage drinking and illicit drug use among Middle and High School students from six Westshore Communities; Bay Village; Fairview Park; Lakewood; North Olmsted; Rocky River; and Westlake. WEB Special Agent in Charge, Jeff Capretto welcomed Rocky River Mayor Pam Bobst, her husband, Tom and Rocky River Police Chief Kelly Stillman and his wife, Trish who attended this event.
