Group for Older Adults Touched by Cancer

Join us for this drop-in support group for older adults coping with a cancer diagnosis. Individuals come together for mutual support and an opportunity to discuss issues important to older adults.

Outdoor Yoga at the Park
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Fee: By donation. Cash or check written to Pink Lotus Yoga.
Our outdoor classes are fun, free-spirited yoga for students at all levels. Bring mat, water, towel or blanket, and dress in layers. Sunscreen and sunglasses are highly recommended, though locations offer a sun/shade mix. Parents who wish to bring children must have prior instructor approval.
Rainsite: At the studio: 18103 Detroit Avenue; Lakewood. Classes remain as donation when moved indoors.
Note: There is no rainsite for the Saturday morning outdoor class!! Join Sarah Perkins for her Vinyasa class instead (studio fee applies).Outdoor YOga
