Free Health Fair

Lakewood Presbyterian Church (OH) will be hosting a Free Health Fair July 19th from 11a.m. – 2p.m. at 14502 Detroit Avenue Lakewood, Ohio 44107 (216) 226-0514 This is a walk-in event, no appointments will be taken.

The Mobile Health Fair Ministry is an outreach program sponsored by the Synod of the Covenant, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). The program travels throughout Ohio and Michigan, providing health screenings and health education to underserved and uninsured members of our communities. Participants who require further medical attention are referred to local free/low cost clinics within our community.

Basic Hearing
Dental and Oral Screening
Blood Pressure
Glucose
Pulmonary Function Test for Asthma, COPD (spirometry)
Vision (glaucoma, Random Dot E, Near Visual Acuity, Distance Acuity)
Basic Skin Check (only visible areas without disrobing)
