Join us for a group Internal Cleanse and Detox program to help start your New Year off right. This is a 21 day program that is designed to guide you through this gentle process week-by-week.
One of the primary causes of problem skin, excess fat, quickened aging, and poor muscle quality is toxemia—an accumulation of toxic substances in the tissue and the intestines. Toxemia may have been fostered by stress, a poor diet, a lack of exercise, or other factors.

Kayak Open Roll
Lakewood High School pool will be open for kayakers to bring their own kayaks and practice rolls and other techniques. All participants must wear a helmet. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a paying adult at all times. All boats must be clean and metal rudders must be removed. Kayaks are to be brought in through the pool's back emergency exit.
Cost is $6 per person, payable at the pool.
