With a bright contemporary score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens (Once On This Island, Ragtime, and the recent Beck hit, A Man of No Importance), My Favorite Year centers around a 1950s Sid Caesar-like “Your Show of Shows,” with King Kaiser’s variety hour, “Comedy Cavalcade.”

With a bright contemporary score by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens (Once On This Island, Ragtime, and the recent Beck hit, A Man of No Importance), My Favorite Year centers around a 1950s Sid Caesar-like Your Show of Shows, with King Kaisers variety hour, Comedy Cavalcade. Show times are 8:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. Sundays. There is no performance on Sunday, May 25. There is a special Thursday evening performance on June 5 at 8 p.m.

Tickets are $28 for adults, $25 for seniors and $17 for students (22 and under with ID). Discounts are available for groups of 13 or more. To reserve tickets, call the Beck Center Box Office at 216-521-2540. Beck Center is located at 17801 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, just ten minutes west of downtown Cleveland. Free on-site parking is available.

Eric Selner Band - Eric performs as Vocalist, Pianist, and plays Harmonicas in Catwalk Blue. You may have seen him playing at a Cavs game at The "Q" during Cavs season. Now, he is bringing his solo act to The Winchester. Erics main influence on the keyboard is Herbie Hancock. Simply put, Selner says that the man is amazing! He has tried to incorporate Herbies rhythmic style into his playing, especially at live shows! 9pm, $7.00.
